Whistleblower Channels – Ethics Reporting

At Proingra Group, we have established multiple communication channels that allow anyone connected to our organization to report any situations that violate our internal policies. This includes breaches of anti-corruption laws, business ethics, conflicts of interest, fraud and corruption, or the Transparency and Business Ethics Program (PTEE).

What should be reported?

• Any deviation or potential breach of anti-corruption laws and ethical policies, or situations related to conflicts of interest, fraud, corruption, or the Transparency and Business Ethics Program (PTEE).
• Complaints regarding procedures or practices within the Proingra Business Group that violate anti-corruption laws or the Transparency and Business Ethics Program (PTEE).
