Edible vegetable fat emulsion with a soft, slightly plastic consistency, creamy white color and neutral aroma and flavor, obtained from a fully refined blend of high quality fats and oils, naturally cholesterol free and free of trans fats.

Presentation

Block of 15 Kg net, packed in inner polyethylene bag and outer corrugated cardboard box, sealed with self-adhesive printed tape.

Uses

Recommended for the preparation of ice cream bases. Biscuit fillings. Coatings and cream fillings in pastry making. Also for preparation of pastry and confectionery doughs.
